“I threw this on the day it showed up and honestly haven't taken it off since. It's that good. I'm 5'11" and about 205, and the 5'7" to 6'1" fits me perfectly. Enfold went into a sleep lab during development. The weight, its placement through the hood and shoulders, and the length were all set by what came back. Nothing about the finished piece is a guess.
Warming up beforehand makes you fall asleep faster
Researchers screened 5,322 studies and pooled the strongest of them. Passive body heating one to two hours before bed cut the time people took to fall asleep by about ten minutes, and improved sleep efficiency and self-rated sleep quality. Ninety minutes ahead was the sweet spot.

Enfold hangs; it doesn’t fit like a jacket. Use the measured 56 in / 142 cm shoulder-to-hem length, 66 in / 168 cm flat body width, and 44 in / 112 cm bottom hem the way you would compare a coat measurement.
Use these numbers the way you would a coat measurement: compare them with something long you already own. Real try-on evidence is still needed before promising where the hem lands on a specific body.
The one honest catch: the hood is structured so the four pounds sits at the hood and shoulders. If you prefer room around your head, wear it back off your head.

Is four pounds actually enough to feel?
Yes, because of where it sits rather than how much it is. A weighted blanket spreads ten to fifteen pounds thin across a whole bed. Enfold puts four into the hood and shoulders only, which is where you carry a day, so you feel it as a hand resting there rather than as a load.

It does, and that is the honest answer. This is deep-pile faux fur from throat to ankle, built for cold offices, autumn and winter. It is not a July afternoon garment.
The open sides vent more than a zipped robe does, so it is manageable in a room that is merely cool. If you overheat easily, treat it as an evening layer rather than an all-day one. Does it work sitting up, at a desk?
That is what the open sides are for. Your arms come and go at the front edges, so you can type, hold a cup, or answer the door without shrugging out of it. It pools around you when you sit and is cut as a long layer when you stand.
This is the whole difference from a weighted blanket, which stays on the bed you got out of.

Smooth 480gsm matte fleece outside; deep-pile faux fur within, sixteen millimetres of pile hem to hood rather than a collar trim. Four pounds of glass micro-beads, channel-sewn through the hood and shoulders so the weight sits where a hand would.
Shell 80% cotton, 20% recycled poly. Faux fur lining 100% polyester. Weighting enclosed, baffled, silent. Edges bound all round.
The fit: one size, floor-length
A long cape with a deep structured hood. Product length is 56 in / 142 cm shoulder to hem. Open at the sides. Arms come and go at the front edges. Compare the measurements with a long layer you already own.
Taller than 6’3″ and it sits nearer the shin than the floor. It still covers you, it just reads a touch shorter. The one honest catch: the hood sits close by design, to hold the weight at the back of the skull. If you like room, wear it back off your head and the drape does not change.
Washing & care
Machine wash cold, gentle, inside out. Lay flat to dry. The fill takes time to settle back. No bleach, no dryer. The weighted fill is baffled and enclosed; it won’t shift or clump in the wash.
