Shipping Policy

Free shipping, both directions. Every order, everywhere.

Dispatch: orders leave us within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours ships.

Delivery: typically 5–14 business days depending on your location. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days. You'll have tracking the whole way.

Duties and taxes: any import duties are covered by us. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns: 30 nights, free returns, prepaid label. If it doesn't earn its place, send it back. The risk is ours.
