Dispatch

Orders leave within two business days. You’ll get tracking by email the moment yours ships, and it will keep you updated the whole way.

Delivery

Every order is tracked door to door. How long it takes depends on where you are. Counted in calendar days from dispatch:

Around a week

Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, China, Japan.

One to two weeks

United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Philippines, Mexico, and most of Western Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Greece.

Two to three weeks

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Thailand, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Czech Republic.

Three to four weeks

Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Brazil, South Africa.

Everywhere else

Allow up to four weeks.

These are the carrier’s working windows, not a guarantee. Customs and clearance delays sit outside our hands, and they are the usual reason a parcel runs long. If yours is past the window above, email us and we’ll chase it.
