Shipping Policy

Delivery is free to every destination we ship to, with tracking included. No shipping fee is added at checkout. Enfold returns include a prepaid label.

Dispatch: orders currently take up to 1 week to leave us. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours ships.

Pre-orders: Cradle, the sleep mask, is on pre-order and ships 8–10 weeks after you order, on its own with tracking. The exact dates for an order placed today are shown next to the button. If we can't ship it in that window, you can cancel for a full refund. Anything else in the same order ships on the normal dispatch time above.

Delivery: typically 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days. You'll have tracking the whole way.

Duties and taxes: orders to the United States arrive duties-paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. In the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Canada and the UAE, import taxes are collected on delivery, not at checkout. For other countries we do not expect a charge, but customs rules are set by your country and can change.

Returns: Enfold has 30 nights, free returns, prepaid label. If it doesn't earn its place, send it back. The risk is ours. Cradle ships sealed: faulty ones are replaced or refunded, see the returns policy.
