The thirty-night trial

You have 30 nights from the date Enfold arrives to decide it is yours. Sleep in it, wear it out, wash it once. If your shoulders don't drop, send it back.

Returns

Returns are free in both directions. We send you a prepaid label. No restocking fee, no return postage, no questions required.

To start a return, email hello@sleepsolenne.com with your order number. We'll send the label and instructions the same or next business day.

Enfold should come back in a condition consistent with a fair trial: worn, not damaged. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is returned in a condition that goes beyond reasonable wear, but we will always contact you before making that call.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you prefer it.

Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund after we process it. If you haven't seen it after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email us.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If Enfold is defective, damaged in transit, or not the colour you ordered, email hello@sleepsolenne.com immediately with a description and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cradle sleep mask

Cradle ships sealed and is a hygiene item. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email hello@sleepsolenne.com with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you. We cannot take back a Cradle that has been unsealed or worn because you changed your mind. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Exchanges

Enfold comes in one size, so there is nothing to exchange for fit. If you want a different colour, return the original for a full refund and place a new order.

Sale items

The thirty-night trial and free returns above apply to Enfold, including when bought during a promotional period. Cradle is covered in its own section.
